When you purchase a complete integrated system from Crystal, it leaves our facility with a full, standard 3-year warranty. This warranty covers the chassis, backplane or motherboard, power supply and CPU or SHB card.
If you experience a problem with your system, you simply have to call the Crystal Technical Services department and they will take care of the rest.
Crystal also offers extended warranty programs which can be purchased and go into effect the first day after the original warranty period expires. Extended warranties cover the following parts of your Crystal computer:
- All Crystal manufactured products, including chassis, CPU/SHB cards, backplanes, remote management systems, rack brackets, etc.
- Disk drives
- Chassis Fans
- Power supplies
