Founder & Chairman

Craig Jensen is the founder and chairman of Crystal Group Inc.
Prior to establishing Crystal Group Inc., he founded Emerald Engineering in 1987 and began designing
industrial computers at home. In 1991, he formed Crystal Group Inc., a sister company, to
manufacture and market specialized industrial computers to the telecommunications industry.

Over the years Crystal has evolved into a server and system manufacturer, a systems integrator, and custom design and manufacturing service
provider serving both the communication and aerospace/military markets in over 36 countries.
Mr. Jensen, an Iowa native, graduated from Clinton College in Clinton, Iowa, with a degree in
Electrical Engineering. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
